DESIGN DIRECTION
Set in the awe-inspiring desert of St. George, Utah, Atara’s resort and residences offer an oasis amongst the sandy, mountainous landscape and under the vast sky allowing for both adventure and rest. The visual identity encapsulates this balanced spirit, defining a well-rounded wellbeing where owners and guests experience elevated hospitality and realize their full potential. Inspired by trail maps and travel badges, the visual identity speaks to those who seek a path less traveled. Through hand-drawn line art, stamp-like details, and the compass icon reminiscent of the celestial canopy overhead, we’re led off grid and into the wild. The typographic “AT” device grounds those present in a sense of place that is well-connected, allowing transformative experiences. Wrapped in a palette that echoes the textures of the arid landscape and open vistas, the visual identity inspires one to embark on a journey of discovery.

Located in the Desert Color community of St. George, Utah, Atara is an Autograph Collection residence offering a haven to guests and owners alike.
DESIGN DIRECTION
The visual identity embodies the extraordinary options and fairytale-like setting of this paradisiacal resort that is nestled in the gated community of Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic. Sanctuary Cap Cana’s all-inclusive, adult resort offerings whisk guests away to an enchanted realm seemingly lifted from the pages of a storybook. Vibrant, gold foil applied to sophisticated and elegant serif letterforms speak to the resort’s robust, luxurious amenities and the opulent architecture. The dynamic, jewel-toned, fantastical artwork of native, tropical animal characters and lush foliage as well as the ornate ribbons, borders, and golden seals, inspire guests to write their own tales in an actual sanctuary where wishes of rest, romance, and adventure are granted.

DESIGN DIRECTION
The soulful, bold, hand-lettered script of Lantana’s visual identity connects guests to the energy of the vibrant interiors and inspire conversations that flow over jazz while guests sample from the decadent menu at this Midtown lobby lounge. The rich, navy backdrop, pearl white, and gold foil or metal applications and the geometric patterns allow the branded menus, coasters, and napkins to pop against the colorful and organic, blooming style.
